“Self Motivation”


In this modern era of Rat Race, we all are running after success, which indeed will form as a never achievable target as the definition of success keeps on modifying from time to time for everyone of us.
In order to achieve something big in our life, we have to go through a series of difficulties and challenges and overpower them, we meet such kind of challenges every now and then and our biggest tool to overcome these obstacles is our levels of confidence which is directly proportional to the levels of our motivation. Negative feelings, stress leads to mental fatigue which in turn kills our zeal and enthusiasm to achieve a target, but the power of motivation whether done externally or internally can definitely inject loads of energy in an individual resulting into achievement of any task which initially seemed to be an uphill task.
As our body needs a daily diet to perform day to day activities, similarly a mind in order to remain healthy needs regular dosage of motivation which has to be provided to it externally or most important internally often termed as self motivation. Self Motivation can do wonders if taken seriously, it helps you to be focused, determined and most importantly prepared to overcome the challenges encountered in the achievement of your goals.

Life is a beautiful gift from God, and we are truly fortunate to experience it. We feel happy and motivated when everything goes smoothly. However, there are moments when life becomes difficult, and negativity begins to take over. These challenging times test our patience, strength, and mindset. The brain needs to think logically keeping aside emotions and the task of the heart is to interpret the aspects in a logical manner rather than believing in emotions. So every decision you make in life, needs a coordinated efforts from both these and this would help you to take decisions that would be based on a long term approach and sustainability.

It is during adversity that a person’s true strength is revealed. In such situations, the heart and brain must work together. The brain provides logic and solutions, while the heart provides courage and emotional stability. Unfortunately, many people lose hope when faced with difficulties. Fear weakens the heart, and without emotional support, the brain struggles to function effectively.

The brain is capable of solving complex problems, but without the support of a strong and positive heart, it becomes ineffective. When fear dominates, logical thinking shuts down. This is the point where people give up, allowing problems to overpower them.

On the other hand, when the heart supports the brain with confidence and positivity, even the toughest challenges can be overcome. Success lies in maintaining this balance.

Look around you—planes, cars, mobile phones, and computers—all are creations of the human brain supported by belief and determination. When these ideas were first introduced, people doubted them. But strong faith and persistence turned imagination into reality.

Choosing the first option guarantees failure. Choosing the second opens the possibility of success. The key is to trust your brain and keep your heart positive, regardless of the outcome.

Life is unpredictable. We will face challenges, failures, and setbacks. But blaming circumstances or losing hope is not the solution. Instead, we must use the strength within us. God has already equipped us with the tools—we just need to act.
